11th Mar - a deep low passed west to east through the night and today, mod-gusty SW, rain (30mph) 8C, showers pm.

Cotesbach landfill/sandpit; No tipping today, presumably due to the strong winds, which meant no significant number of Gulls around.

All the usual regulars in the sandpit and around the landfill site.  An Oystercatcher, seven Wigeon and two Pochard were notable.
