Later a quick look, 1530h, there were more Lapwing, c 15 and a Peregrine flew in then off eastward.
Stanford reservoir; a walk here after lunch, a beautiful sunny afternoon. A Treecreeper and Long-tailed Tits were busy along the by-pass path. Near the Leics feeders several Pheasants and a couple of Reed Buntings.
On the water, notable were five Goldeneye, a drake and female Goosander and two Shoveler.
A Pied Wagtail and two Grey Wagtails were in the spillway feeding.
