Four Buzzards this morning on the Perkins pasture, walking about. I guess yesterdays rain has forced some worms up and they are after them.
DIRFT A5 Pools, morning.
Three Shelducks, c15 Shovelers, Teal and Wigeon. 109 Lapwing. A Grey Heron and Little Egret.
15 Skylarks and c50 Linnets feeding.
Two Ravens over.
Eyebrook reservoir; afternoon.
A Red Kite, four Buzzards, Peregrine (trying for a duck) and two Ravens.
The usual wintering ducks, including six Smews (4 drakes) and a female Scaup, three Pintails.
