I went to see Waxwings that ha been reported, but they had moved on.
Plenty of berried trees along the road which were occupied by a minimum of 12 Blackbirds, a Mistle Thrush and a Fieldfare. c12 Goldfinches were in the Alder tree tops along with three Siskins.
A Comma Butterfly was on the wing
