On the monument field (several flood pools) a large mixed flock of Greylag and Canada Geese, among them was the Pink-footed Goose (seen at Stanford res on the 6th).
Also, a few Lapwing, Great White Egret, Redwings and Fieldfares.
Stanford Reservoir; afternoon.
The water is very 'muddy' coloured following all the run-off in to the river, probably making feeding by many waterbirds difficult, which may explain the apparent reduced numbers.
