Willey; a Red Kite and four Buzzards over grass being mown to the east

Cotesbach Landfill/sandpit; only new bird was a juv Little Grebe.  The Shelduck family is still together, the 8 ducklings now quite large and showing feathers.  The pair have done really well only loosing one duckling very early on, especially given all the Gulls and Covid present here.

Lilbourne Meadows; this evening Teal now up to four, a single Tufted Duck, a single Little Egret and Grey Heron.  A Green Sandpiper was in the long grass, then a Curlew flew in from the NE.
