A5 Pools//DIRFT; morning. Not much around but a Common Sandpiper and a pair of Oystercatchers.
Shawell sandpit/landfill; morning. Two White Wagtails still, Seven Gadwall today. Two Lapwings.
Stanford reservoir; afternoon. Four Shelducks. A Red Kite was trying to pick something off the water, whilst being hassled by a Common Tern. A Garden Warbler in the orchard area.
Soar Brook Lake; afternoon. Three Yellow Wagtails, five Pied Wagtails, eight Goldfinch together. Oystercatcher pair, three Greylag Geese broods and a Coot with single youngster. Three pairs of Tufted Ducks, a Great Crested Grebe.
