6th Sept - sunny spells and showers pm, mod NW, 18C

Willey; first thing at least 70 Swallows feeding low over the Sheep fields to the east, also 2 Raven around and vocal.

Stanford Reservoir; this afternoon, 2 Common Sandpipers, 4 Grey and c20 Pied Wagtails in the spillway. At least 100House Martins overhead with lower numbers of Sand Martin and Swallow.
With a mixed Tit flock a Lesser Whitethroat briefly, also a Goldcrest.  A Kestrel near the dam flew off.
