2nd Nov - rain until mid afternoon, then cloud and showers. 10C, light-mod ESEs

Cotesbach Landfill, a look mid-afternoon when the rain had stopped.  Flue Shoveler, 14 Teal, 2 Little Grebe,  A group of 15 Magpies we’re working along a bank in the sand pit area.  At least 6 Red Kite were present over the landfill. 

On the weedy banks c60 Linnets were feeding, then a Sparrowhawk flew through them, failing to catch one.
