Willey; a Song Thrush was singing early afternoon, celebrating the sunshine?
Cotesbach Landfill; mid-afternoon to sunset. No 'white-wingers’ seen. Apparently others during the day had not seen one either. However, thousands of Gulls many staying the far side or on the tip, so they may have been present.
Grey and Pied Wagtails, Shoveler, Teal, Tufted, two Wigeon, female Gadwall. A small influx of Coot and the usual single Moorhen.
A very poorly looking Mute Swan, it won’t make it.
