Theddingworth; at the feed station were 15 Long-tailed Tits, Blu and Great Tits, House Sparrows, Great spotted Woodpecker, and Chaffinch. Buzzard, Rooks, Jackdaws and Carrion Crows around the area.
Stanford Reservoir; a look around the inlet area mid-afternoon, just the usual birds. A good number of Redwing c80, and Fieldfare, c50 feeding on the fields here. A flock c200 Lapwing had been disturbed and were flying around overhead.
Then a look at the nearby site where Short-eared Owls have been seen. At about 1600h one did start to hunt and gave good views. A Red Kite also gave a fly-by.
