The Garganey was still present busily feeding in the same area, drake Wigeon still. 11 Little Egrets and three Grey Herons. 14 Lapwings at the point, now showing more shore. Little Grebes have increased in recent days, 12 seen together, including several juvs - where have they come from one wonders?
On the dam four Common Sandpipers, a number of Pied and Grey Wagtails plus a Yellow Wagtail.
A good number of the common butterflies and numerous Dragon and Damselflies ere on the wing.
