Harborough Magna - St. Mary's
I checked the Sunflower/bird food field this morning, c120 Linnets were present.
Little Walton;
At the junction with the lane a flock of 20 Chaffinches and three Yellowhammers.
Eyebrook Reservoir; afternoon.
Little Stint, Dunlin 9, Ringed Plover 4, Golden Plover c70, Red Kite three, Pintails three.
The Kites were feeding on, what looked like dead geese, I wonder if these died of avian flu, if so, will this affect the Kites?
