Lilbourne Meadows; evening.

A Curlew flew off as I approached, but there was another still at the island pond, this was an adult, maybe it was the juv that flew off (on to the pastures over the A5 (Warks).

45 Lapwings, two Common Sandpipers, three juv Little Ringed Plovers.
