Stanford res; afternoon - quick look at the dam area.
Common Sandpiper on dam, 18 Cormorants too. Grey Wagtail in spillway. A Raven over.
Brandon marsh; evening.
c220 Lapwings, a Green Sandpiper. Great White Egret flew in for 15 minutes, was chased by a Grey Heron to far end of east marsh.
A Water Rail, showing well on edge of Teal Pool.
Great-spotted and Green Woodpecker.
