Heat wave taking a break this weekend as 2 lows move over from the Atlantic.
While visiting Whitacres and Shustoke show a Peregrine flew low over the car park with prey, I think a Swallow, several were around the area feeding.
Cotesbach Landfill; a check here mid-afternoon produced 4 Green and 5 Common Sandpipers.
Stanford Reservoir; not ideal conditions, 2 Common Sandpipers, several Yellow, Pied and Grey Wagtails on the dam. Sand and House Martins overhead.
