Rutland Water; At least 3 Cuckoos around lagoons 1-3. Plenty of Black-headed Gull chicks in the colonies opposite Plover hide. 18 Ringed Plovers and 3 Dunlin on lagoon 4.
A Nightingale was heard twice, plenty of Warblers song, especially Garden Warblers.
52 species noted altogether.
