15th April- mostly sunny, 13C, moderate SE, feeling warmer

Stanford Reservoir; at look here mid afternoon,  The wind was keeping much hidden and fairly quite. Several Orangetip butterflies were about.
On the dam 2 Little ringed Plovers still.  6 Goldeneye still, only two Shoveler seen. A Red Kite over the fields at the inlet end.  A couple of Bullfinch were heard in the thicket, a male Yellowhammer flew in from the adjacent fallow field,  Two Cetti’s Warblers were singing.
