A thoroughly miserable weather day, very autumnal, cool, damp and dank.
A wardens meeting at Stanford Reservoir this morning, hopefully the Tern rafts will go out early next week, just in time for this years breeding. Very few birds out and about, a mixed hirundines flock over the water disappearing in to the mist.
