16 Little Egrets, Shoveler and Gadwall families, 1 Teal, 2 Mute Swans, a Little grebe juv.
Little Ringed Plover - 2 adults and 2 juvs.
c50 Starlings feeding on the pasture/mud.
Stanford reservoir; evening
c100 Swifts, House Martins and Swallows plus a Sand Martin.
Shoveler 4, Pochard 3, a female Tufted with a single duckling. Two Grey Herons.
Kingfisher flew down river, two Oystercatchers flew on to the dam. A Common Sandpiper.
Plenty of Pied Wagtails and 4 Grey Wagtails on the dam and spillway, plus a single Linnet feeding on the dam top weeds..
Great Spotted Woodpecker along the entrance drive.
