Willey; I was surprised this morning to notice a single House Martin fly under eaves on a house near Parsons Close. We lost our colony decades ago and only see then as flyovers, mostly in the autumn with the Swallows preparing to leave. However, there was not a nest present, maybe it will build, it rather late maybe.
