Cley Beach and Marsh
The sea this morning was very quiet with practically no movement to speak of.
A few Common and two Velvet Scoters lingered off shore.
The marsh (afternoon) was also quiet with the expected birds present, A single Marsh harrier showed well, a Kingfisher dashed along a channel.
The usual common waders were present, but the recent long-billed Dowitcher was not showing.
Wells Outer Harbour; late afternoon.
The tide was well out so plenty of exposed area for the waders to be feeding including, Knot, Ringed Plovers, Grey Plovers, Turnstone, Bar-tailed Godwits, Oystercatchers, Redshank, single Greenshank, Curlews, plus Brent Geese.
