A day in north Norfolk - much to see on such a nice sunny day for a change. A few notes here.
In Wells-next-the-Sea out harbour, all the expected waders, geese and Red-breasted Merganser. But best was an incredibly close great Northern Diver, that took no notice of me at all. Very bright sunshine.
A Stiffkey flood meadows, a Glossy Ibis was showing well.
Late afternoon at Holkham did not disappoint for wildfowl and especially the Pink-footed Geese. You can never get tired of seeing and hearing skeins of Geese flying over the marshes.
