21st June - sunny spell, 19C, light northerly

Stanford reservoir; a look this afternoon, a sleeping Redshank on the dam, 2 Common Sandpipers, several Grey Wagtails, usual Warblers singing and feeding young. A female gadwall still has her 3 mid-sized ducklings. A Shelduck pair on the outflow wall, single male Pochard on dam.  A couple of Common Tern on the raft.

Large Skipper, Meadow Brown, Speckled Wood, Large White and Banded Demoiselle.
