Cotesbach Landfill; in the sand pit area this evening were 4 Green Sandpiper, a Common Sandpiper and Dunlin. Earlier Carl had seen a Little Egret.

8th Aug - sunny spell am, clouddier pm, light-sometimes fresh SW, 23C
Stanford reservoir; the female Mandarin duck is still present,2 Teal also a single male Pochard. 50+ House martins were feeding over the water, plus a few Sand Martins.
