A couple of days ago I saw these Cinnabar moth caterpillars in the veg garden.
Cotesbach landfill and Shawell Lagoons; a check late morning, nothing new, fairly quiet actually.
Stanford reservoir; this evening nine Common Sandpipers on the dam, a single Gadwall with the Mallard and Tufted Duck.
Swifts and Hirundines in good numbers again.
In the spillway a female and juv Yellow Wagtail, along with Pied Wagtails and eight Grey Wagtails.
