Cotesbach Landfill; Not good conditions, but the Green Sandpiper seemed to be enjoying a wash and flying dips.
Brandon Marsh; I decided to go here this afternoon and sit out the rain in a hide overlooking east marsh. Plenty of Teal, Wigeon, Gadwall, Mallard and Lapwings. A few Black-headed Gulls, Lesser black-backed Gulls and a near adult Yellow-legged Gull. Several Grey Herons and a Little Egret.
Another visitor told me there was a Hobby perched in a visible from the Teal hide. It looked abit wet in the rain, I think a older juvenile.
