Cotesbach Landfill; early pm - 21 Wigeon - my highest ever count here, 13 Shoveler, two Red Kites, a Grey Wagtail (male), many Gulls as usual including two adult Yellow-legged Gulls.
Stanford reservoir; among the Wigeon, Teal and Gadwall five Pintail were mostly resting. Several looked like immatures.
A Peregrine falcon flew over. Only one Chiffchaff was found today. Gull numbers are increasing, but still only one Common Gull.
