Shawell Lagoons; a look here after lunch did not produce much. A pair of Great Crested Grebes on the north pool with a nest and a single on the south pool.
Stanford Reservoir; next here in the the weather would cause some scarce Terns to drop in. There was 16 Common Terns busy feeding. A couple of Hobby were feeding on insects on the north side. Overhead hundreds of House and Sand Martins with a good number of Swallows, a few Swifts were present too.
